ATA Business Ventures Private Limited (ATA) is a renewable energy and infrastructure developer in India.
By implementing innovative business models, ATA has been able to achieve an operating portfolio of 13 MW of Solar Power Plants in its renewable energy segment. Along with this, it has achieved 1 lakh metric tonne of food storage godowns in the social infrastructure segment and hotel and institutional catering business in the commercial infrastructure segment.

Tejinder Singh Sodhi
Mr. Tejinder Singh Sodhi has been an entrepreneur with more than 40 years of varied experience working in the sustainable energy, social and commercial infrastructure with both government and private entities. He is responsible for the creation of the strategy for growth, expansion, customer centricity, and governance of the food segment of the company.
Amrinder Sodhi
Mr. Amrinder Sodhi comes with more than 17 years of varied experience in Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Renewable Energy. He is responsible for the creation and implementation of the strategy for growth, expansion, customer centricity, and governance for the renewable energy segment of the company.
Before founding ATA Business Ventures, he has been working in investment banking and consulting sector with the Big 4 firms.
He is an alumnus of George Washington University, Washington DC.
Ashvjeet Sodhi
Mr. Ashvjeet Sodhi comes with more than 15 years of varied experience in Marketing and Operations. He is responsible for the creation and implementation of the strategy for growth, expansion, customer centricity, and governance for the hospitality segment of the company.
Before founding ATA Business Ventures, he has been working in Tata & Aviva Life Insurance.
He is an alumnus of Bournemouth University, UK.
